Our Videographers shoot using only the highest quality equipment and employ the use of ultra wide angle lenses and sliders to provide professional and fluid video panning. Fireplaces and water features can help give life to what can seem otherwise impersonal allowing buyers to truly visualize themselves in the home.
Video clips taken at the property are then edited by our skilled in-house team to create a type of video walk-through of the home. Once complete these videos will be provided as a fully integrated video file for easy upload to your choice of online platform. All Videos completed by BC Floor Plans will also be viewable on our own social media sites for that added coverage.
Fully customized videos are also available. When ordered our videographers can utilize professional sound equipment to allow you time in front of the camera as well. From basic welcome or thank you messages to full property descriptions. Putting yourself in the videos are an excellent way to promote your business and give a truly personal touch. Personal branding or brokerage information is added to the beginning of every product and can be edited to include additional imagery or information as desired.
