These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.bcfloorplans.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Wired World Markets Inc.
This Site is a real estate marketing service provider.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Wired World Markets Inc. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Acceptable Use

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:

- Harass or mistreat other users of our Site;

- Violate the rights of other users of our Site;

- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;

- Hack into the account of another user of the Site;

- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent;

- Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive;

- Creation of fraudulent accounts;

- Creation of fraudulent service appointments;

User Contributions

Users may post the following information on our Site:

- Photos;

- Videos;

- Floor Plans;

- Matterport; and

- Staging Reports.

By posting publicly on our Site, you agree not to act illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and

2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Third Party Goods and Services

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

User Goods and Services

Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on our Site. However, if we are made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our Site.

Limitation of Liability

Wired World Markets Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Wired World Markets Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

Additional Terms

We will always try to work with you to resolve any issues with our serivces. However if a resolution cannot be found, any refunds or monetary resolutions are limited to the total value of the services provided; and
Photographers are contracted to shoot the property as-is. Any moving of decor or waiting for cleaning is above and beyond the scope of our services.
If a floor plan error is made at the fault of the measuring technician, we will amend the error, free of any additional charge. Most errors can be fixed without a return visit. We will do our best to accommodate return visits to both provide prompt revisions and to accommodate the schedule of owners/tenants.
Virtual Open Houses (Matterport) are shot as-is. Moving of excess furniture or clutter is not possible due to the technology and final product is not editable. If you are unhappy with the final product due to the staging or cleanliness a return shoot will be scheduled for a non-negotiable fee, based on the work required.
Payment is required once work is completed and before finished work will be released. Payment can be completed by credit card online with our 3rd party provider or over the phone through our office. Paypal and Interac e-transfer can be address to mail@bcfloorplans.com.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose account is overdue. Should your account become significantly overdue, it may be referred to a third party collections agency or taken to small claimes court.
Cancellations can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online booking system or through our mobile app. Cancellations made less than 24hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee as shown on our service page. If you rebook the appointment for a later date it will be subject to a rebooking fee.
Late Arrival/No-Show for access will also incurr either a Cancellation or Rebooking fee after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time for each scheduled service provider (up to a maximum of 2).
If you are not able to allow access to the property for enough time for the technicnan(s) to perform the service, a revisi fee will be charged to the account and we will reschedule the appointment for the next available time that fits your schedule.
Should one of our employees be at fault in the damage of an item or building component at a job site, we will repair or replace the item or component, likely through our insurance provider.
If an item is reported as missing we will discuss the situation with the technicians who were on site as it is likely been moved out of site for a photo. Should the missing item not be found, we request the homeowner to file a police report. We will co-operate in any investigation and take nay necessary stemps to mitigat any future situations of this nature.
We reserve the right to resell any and all content created or gathered in the context of normal contracted services.
We do not guarantee that any contect created or gathered in the normal course of our services will be retained.
Floor plan square footage is calculated by proper industry standards and includes the thickness of walls. In the case of walls shared between units, the thickness is estimated and half the wall thickness is included in the published square footage.
We provide flor plans to industry standard and are usually accurate to within 1-2% of actual dimsnsions. However we make no absolute guarantees as to accuracy and each floor plan includes a disclaimer to protect our clients in the event an error is made.
Any lot measurements are estimated and only taken at the request of our clients as we are not land surveyors.
All floor plans are expected to be examined by our clients to check for any and all errors.
We only hire licensed drone operators for aerial photography/video. It is their sole discretion whether a drone shoot can take place due to applicable laws or safety concerns.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
